“I became a licensed cosmetologist in 2006 after attending Bayshire Beauty Academy during my senior year of high school. I grew up in Bay City and have always loved the history of Midland Street, especially the beautiful old buildings. There are so many untold stories within those walls.
Fast forward a few years, and while I always dreamed of owning my own salon, it wasn’t until 2019 that timing and life fell into place. With the incredible support of my family and a big push from my husband, I was able to make that dream a reality.
Entrepreneurship runs in my blood. My parents owned a business, and I never realized how much those small experiences growing up would shape me into the business owner I am today.
Today, our salon is home to 10 amazing stylists, each with their own specialties from extensions, highlighting, coloring, and special event styling to women’s cuts and styles, men’s cuts, manicures, and pedicures. We even have an esthetician specializing in skincare!
Each stylist brings their own unique style, and together, we make a strong and creative team. Our goal is simple: to make every guest feel even better than when they walked in.
As hairstylists, we’re honored to share some of life's biggest moments with our clients from weddings to tough times like the loss of a loved one, and everything in between. It's never just been about the job for me. It's about helping people feel good about themselves, boosting their confidence, and making their day a little brighter.”

“I love being a part of the Midland Street business district. I often look up the history of the surrounding buildings with my customers and enjoy finding the unique stories behind each one. I enjoy knowing my neighbors and watching everyone and their businesses grow! The community that makes up Midland Street is truly amazing, and each business brings so much to offer. There’s something for everyone here."
